Restroom (project part 2/7)

This is the small restroom of the reno project that I mentioned earlier in my blog. The entrance hall has 6 doors and behind one of them is this restroom. The tiles were rather new and in good shape so no need to tear them down. Just painted the ceiling and upper parts of the walls in white. 

Added some black accessories to sharpen the look.

Glossy white cabinet from Ikea as well as the glass shelf, black dustbin, mirror and hooks for the towels. Soap bottle from Clas Ohlsson, black towels and black basket from HM Home. 

Replaced the lamp on the wall to a framed picture of gold fish from Ikea.

Polka Dots

 Look what I got for Xmas present from my cousin! A purse for my iPhone and keys. It's extremely handy for jogging, no need of pockets. As soon as the rain stops I start running again... 

Just love my new Cotonina purse!

It's a case for my mini iPad and iPhone made by lovely Cotonina.

It's lightly padded, 2 pockets (one for the iPhone and one for a pen - need to buy a nice matching one asap!) and beautiful details. 

Simply love it!

 Got another case as well - a more romantic case. It's like a bed for the iPad!

Tea Towels In Black & White

 Sometimes it's nice to freshen up home with small things like new tea towels. Black & white is my favorite combo also in the kitchen.

A little bit of colour is never a bad idea.

... just couldn't resist, and found also matching paper napkins!

The Swedish know how to cheer up the every day life with trendy yet timeless pieces. Bought the first tea towels at Hemtex and the lower ones at HM Home.

 Visited Tiffany's at Bal Harbour the other day...

Here's step by step what's inside the box:

 Tiffany Garden Butterfly sunglasses in tortoise.

 These gold-coloured daises with Austrian crystals

were the wow-factor that made me buy the glasses.

 Only black ones were in store, 

so the tortoise ones had to be ordered.

I was asked if I wanted them to be delivered to the door or would i come to pick them up at the store next day after 5pm.

Well, it's Bal Harbour so why not going there 

also the following day...

They called me already at noon that the glasses had arrived,

drove there straight away 

and popped into some other stores as well...

So happy with my new sunglasses!
