Nyt voi sanoa, että joulu on jo ovella! Enää vajaa viikkoa aattoon. Olen yrittänyt luoda jouluista fiilistä joka päivään jo koko joulukuun ajan. Se on onnistunut ihan pienilläkin asioilla kuten tuoksuvalla hyasintilla, jouluvaloilla ja muutamalla kävyllä pöydällä.

Vietän rauhallista teehetkeä aina kun siihen on mahdollisuus. Kummasti saa taas virtaa ja jaksaa loppupäivän. Vihreästä teestä antioksidantteja, mandariinista c-vitamiinia, pari keksiä herkutteluun (tosin erehdyin ostamaan täysin mauttomia gluteenittomia keksejä!), kalenterista tarkistus loppupäivän ohjelmasta ja kuivat kädet pehmeiksi ihanalla käsivoiteella. Olen käyttänyt unkarilaisen luonnonkosmetiikkasarja Phi'n ravitsevaa villiruusukäsivoidetta. Aivan ihana tuote!

Only a few days and it's Xmas! I have tried to create Xmassy atmosphere for every day all December   by placing scented hyacinths, xmas lights & a couple of pine cones on the table. 

A quiet teatime is my rescue moment. I try to find time for a nice cup of tea every day. It gives energy for the rest of the day. Green tea provides antioxidants, a mandarin gives vitamin C, a couple of cookies cheer up (btw, had bought some totally tasteless glutenfree ones!). After checking the schedule from my journal and giving some nutrition for the dry skin of my hands I'm ready to go. 

I have now been using the wild rose handcream by a Hungarian natural cosmetics brand called Phi. This handcream is simply heavenly.

Natural Deodorant by Phi Cosmetics

(EN)This is absolutely a fantastic product - deodorant in a tube.

The texture is creamy, just need to squeeze a small amount and tap it underarms. Very hygienic as well. The scent is lovely, fresh & herbal. 

I used to apply roll-on deodorant for ages, varying the scent & brand. A couple of years ago I noticed that my skin became irritated no matter which brand I used or was it with or without fragrance. The situation got worse and the skin got so thin and painful that I needed to take antihistamine to get better. For two years I didn't use any deodorant. I'm not that smelly person so I could live without any :D Until some weeks ago when I visited Phi Cosmetics (you can find more about it here!) and found out about this natural cream deodorant. Now when Iäve been testing nad using it I feel I can't live without it!

Phi deodorant doesn't stop the sweating, which is good because it lets all toxics to come out from the body and the skin can breath, but it stops the unwanted smell. As it's in a tube it doesn't touch the skin and therefor it's free from bacterias and it's hygianic. It's an ideal product for the whole family - you just need one tube. As I mentioned the scent is mild & fresh.

The deodorant is all natural and it's free from parabens, aluminium derivatives, sulfate and alcohol. 

Phi Kozmetikum uses in its deodorant rice bran oil, shea butter, coconut oil, sodium bicarbonate, tapioca starch, zinc oxide, sage oil, teatree oil and lavender oil.

  

(FI) Aivan mieletön tuote - dödö tuubissa.

Tuote on voidemainen ja sitä tarvitsee vain rutistaa tuubista pieni määrä ja levittää se kainaloon. Todella hygieeninen tapa. Ja tuoksu on ihana, raikas ja yrttinen. 

Olin käyttänyt dödöä vuosikausia (= vuosikymmeniä) vaihdellen merkkejä ja tuoksuja. Pari vuotta sitten tuli käytölle stoppi kun aloin kärsiä kutisevasta ja punoittavasta kainaloiden ihosta. Ihan sama minkä brändin dödöä käytin ja oliko hajustettu vai hajustamaton tuote. Tilanne vain paheni ja ihosta tuli niin ohut ja kipeä että tarvitsin allergialääkkeitä saadakseni ihon kuntoon. En käyttänyt mitään deodoranttia kahteen vuoteen. Onneksi en ole kovin voimakas hajuista tyyppiä joten pystyin jatkamaan elämääni ilmankin :D Kunnes muutama viikko sitten kävin tutustumassa Phi Cosmetics'iin (täältä löytyy siitä lisää!) ja sain tietää tästä luonnollisesta voidedödöstä. Olin heti täysin myyty jo pelkästä ideasta ja nyt kun olen käyttänyt sitä jonkin aikaa tuntuu oudolta miten tulin toimeen ilman ko. tuotetta!

Phi-deodorantti ei estä hikoilua, mikä on hyvä asia sillä se ei tuki huokosia vaan päästää kehosta myrkyt pois ja iho pystyy hengittämään luonnollisesti. Tuote pitää olon raikkaana ja estää bakteereista aiheutuvan hajun syntymistä. Koska dödö on tuubissa se ei kosketa ihoa ja pysyy näin ollen bakteerittomana ja hygieenisenä. Samaa tuubia voi käyttää koko perhe. Kuten jo mainitsinkin sen tuoksu on mieto ja raikas.

Tuote on luonnollinen eikä sisällä parabeenejä, alumiinin johdannaisia, sulfaatteja eikä alkoholia. 

Phi Kozmetikum käyttää deodorantissa riisinjyväöljyä, shea-voita, kookosöljyä, tapiokatärkkelystä, sinkkioksidia, natriumbikarbonaattia, rohtosalviaa, teepuuöljyä ja laventeliöljyä.
