"Feels Like Summer" Vitamin Smoothie

"No onkos tullut kesä nyt talven keskelle" tekisi mieli kysyä, kun kaupasta löytyi mansikoita. Olivat vielä tosi maukkaita. Osan mansikoista pistin aamuiseen smoothieen ja hyvää tuli. Teen yleensä isomman satsin smoothieta kerralla. Kaadan kannusta valmiiksi laseihin ja laitan jääkaappiin. Näin on sitten sopiva välipala ja seuraavan aamun smoothie valmiina.

Kesäinen smoothie keskellä talvella

1 banaani
pikkukulhollinen mansikoita
1 persimoni
ripaus kurkumajauhetta
1 rkl chia-siemeniä
mantelimaitoa

Kaikki aineet blenderiin muutamaksi sekunniksi ja smoothie on valmis. Helppoa kuin mikä!

"Well, has summer arrived in the middle of winter" is a Finnish song, and I would like to ask that same question as I found some fresh strawberries at grocery's. They were really tasty. A part of teh strawberries i added to my morning smoothie. I usually prepare at once a bigger amount of smoothie. Pour it into glasses and put in my fridge. So I have it ready as a snack and for next morning. 


Summerish Smoothie In The Middle of Winter

1 banana
a small bowl of strawberries
1 persimone
pinch of turmeric powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
almond milk

Add all ingredients into a blender for a few seconds and the smoothie is ready. Easy peasy!
