Being that kind of person who needs to munch something all day long these easy to make and healthy cookies are perfect for me. Glutenfree oat cookies with lots of seeds and no sugar, only a banana to give a bit of sweetness, are rich in nutrients.
Crunchy glutenfree oat cookies
1 banana
2 eggs
2 cups oat flakes (gluten free)
1/2 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup sesam seeds
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs pumpkin seeds and/or sunflower seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp organic vanilla seeds
Mash banana in a bowl, add eggs and whisk it. Season with spices. Add oat flakes and seeds. Make it a nice dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop roinded tablespoon of dought and roll into balls.
Bake in 200C/392F until golden in the bottom for about 10-15 minutes.
These are nice to munch all day long. Make a good breakfast as well.

(FI) Olen sitä tyyppiä jonka täytyy saada mussuttaa koko ajan jotain, joten nämä helposti valmistuvat ja terveelliset keksit ovat just mua varten. Gluteenittomissa kaurakekseissä on paljon hyvää ravintoa - siemeniä, ei ollenkaan lisättyä sokeria sillä makeus tulee banaanista.
Rapeat gluteenittomat kaurakeksit
1 banaani
2 kananmunaa
2dl gluteenittomia kaurahiutaleita
1/2dl unikonsiemeniä
1/2dl seesaminsiemeniä
2 rkl chia-siemeniä
2 rkl kurpitsan- ja-tai auringonkukansiemeniä
1 tl kanelia
1 tl kurkumaa
1/2 tl luomu vaniljansiemeniä
Survo banaani kulhoon ja lisää munat. Sekoita ja mausta. Lisää joukkoon kaurahiutaleet ja siemenet. Sekoita kunnes taikinasta tulee tasaista.
Tee lusikalla taikinasta pieniä kekoja leivinpaerilla vuoratulle uunipellille.
Paista 200C noin 10-15 minsaa kunnes keksit ovat pohjasta kullanruskeita.
Näitä on kiva popsia pitkin päivää. Sopivat myös hyvin aamiaiselle.
