Breakfast Part 2

 Earlier this week I told my new healthier breakfast habits
with fresh berries & fruit.
For the weekends it's nice to eat a bit more and slower 
than during the week.

On Saturday had for breakfast
cold-smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and spinach 
on whole grain toast.
On Sunday 
poached egg, slightly fried turkey slices, spinach, cream cheese
on whole grain toast.

Both delicious and kept the hunger away for the whole day,
no need for lunch.
