Red Berry Smoothie

Monday, July 4, 2016

I like to start my mornings with a self-made smoothie made of season's fruit and berries. Now there's a plenty to choose from at the local market. I decided to go with red berries and chose a bit sour but delicious red currants. Perfect for breakfast!

Red berry smoothie:
1 banana
red currant (as much as you like)
a piece of fresh ginger
1 small spoonful of lucuma powder
3 spoonful of chia seeds
1/2 small spoonful of cinnamon
1 small spoonful of coconut oil
coconut milk

Delicious!
