(FI) Uusi viikko on täällä ja Budapestissa maanantaiaamu alkoi sateisena. Ihan hyvä, saa vähän hengittää ennen kuin uusi helleaalto saapuu. Smoothiet on jo pidempään olleet mun suosikkeja mitä tulee aamiaiseen, varsinkin marjasmoothiet. Viikko alkoi kivasti karhunvatukkasmoothiella, jonka koristelin trendikkäästi 😂 Yleensä kaadan smoothien lasiin, mutta nyt valitsin kulhon, niin mahtuu enemmän päällistä - karhunvatukoiden lisäksi glutee-nitonta mysliä ja kookoslastuja.
Karhunvatukkasmoothie
1 banaani
kourallinen karhunvatukoita
muutama mustikka
pala inkivääriä
1 rkl chia-siemeniä
1/2 tl kanelia
1/2 tl kurkumaa
kookosjuomaa sopivasti
Kaikki raaka-aineet blenderiin muutamaksi sekunniksi ja valmista. Tästä määrästä riittää kahteen kulhoon. Päälle mysli, marjat ja kookoslastut kivasti raitoina.

(EN) New week is here and Monday morning started with rain here in Budapest. That's only a good thing. There's a new heatwave approaching anyways. Smoothies have been my number 1 choices for breakfast already for several years, especially berry smoothies. This week started nicely with a bowl of blackberry smoothie. I usually pour my smoothie into a glass and drink it, but now I chose a bowl, so I could decorate it with toppings in a trendy way 😂 using gluten-free muesli and coconut flakes with blackberries.
Blackberry Smoothie
1 banana
handful of blackberries
some blueberries
thumble size of fresh ginger
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp chinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
coconut drink as much as you want
Put everything into a blender for a few seconds and ready. This is for 2 bowls. Berries, muesli and coconut flakes on top make nice stripes.

DeleteThis looks to be a delicious smoothie bowl. I love anything that has coconut in it, so naturally this is also of my liking. It's been a crazy rainy week here with storms our way, so I am craving something warm and comforting for these cold and gloomy winter days. :(
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge coconut fan as well. So you're having cold & gloomy out there while we are "suffering" from a heatwave. It's been pretty cool day today but on Wednesday the heat will be back.

DeleteI'm a huge fan of smoothies too and yours looks so good! I love that it includes healthy ingredients and chia seeds (love chia seeds). It could even be in the category of detox with the turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. Can't wait to give it a try. Yum! x

it is so easy to prepare! Usually I just pour the smoothie into a glass and drink it quicly but when I have time it's nice to make it look nicer and enjoy it slowly.

DeleteI plan on going for a smoothies diet. Do you think it might work? I like spinach, avocado and a lot of different veggies or fruits and would like to try it for a few days. Your smoothie looks so delicious. It contains everything that I like :)

DeleteI love smoothie bowls, they always fill me up more than drinking a smoothie - I think it's a psychological thing 😂 plus anything with coconut is amazing.
