All you need is a cauliflower, olive oil, sea salt & black pepper, and an oven.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Wash and clean the cauliflower. cut off and discard the stem. cut hte cauliflower up into small pieces.
- Place cauliflower pieces onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle salt & pepper and some olive oil on top.
- Turn a couple of times during cooking until each piece has a nice brown colouring. The brower they are the better
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
This is a great idea. My daughter loves fries, but this is a much healthier choice.
