Gazpacho

I have a quick version of gazpacho!

All you need:
tomato, peeled cucumber and belly pepper wedges, a couple of garlic gloves, some chili - fresh or dried, sea salt & black pepper, a hint of olive oil. Put all ingredients into a blender, and you got gaspacho in a few seconds!

Made some of my favourite gluten-free cookies to go with this cold soup. This time I added some parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes into it. You can find the recipe here!




Perfect lunch for a hot day!



Very minimalist!

  5. You make it sound real easy and fun to cook it. Although, knwoing the person I am -a messer- I would rather keep this recipe for cook along with mom Weekends where there is assurance that edible Food will be cooked. :P
