Mad About The Boy

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe most of the women in my age read Bridget Jones's Diary in the '90s. Perhaps even more have seen the film. Now Bridget is back! It's 2013 and she's in her 50s. The story is still funny, perfect chick lit. It's written with its usual diary style and updated with tweets. It's nice to have a moment reading a book which is easy, light and entertaining, about an everyday life, and, of course, about love.  The book made me laugh and drop some tears too...

Korjaa, jos olen väärässä, mutta uskon että suurin osa ikäisistäni naisista luki Bridget Jonesin päiväkirjan 90-luvulla.  Ehkä vielä useampi on nähnyt elokuvan. Nyt Bridget Jones on täällä taas! Eletään vuotta 2013 ja Bridget on jo vähän päälle viisikymppinen. Tarina on edelleen hauska, täydellistä chick litiä. Kirja on kirjoitettu tuttuun päiväkirjatyyliin, mutta päivitetty twiittauksilla. Välillä on mukava tarttua kirjaan joka tarjoaa kevyttä, viihteellistä lukemista jokapäiväisestä elämästä ja tietysti myös rakkaudesta. Kirja sai nauramaan ja tiruttamaan muutaman kyyneleen myös...
