Congress Hotel South Beach

Arrived to Miami around 6pm on Monday

- took a cab to SoBe ($37) to Congress Hotel South Beach,

former The Strand Hotel

- got room 203 at Retro building
.

In the evening went to Wallgreen's to buy some water.

Afterwards went for a bite at 11th Street Diner

- that was a bit too much

but wanted to have some real American food!

Congress Hotel consists of 4 different

building on Ocean Drive
- the Retro building is on the left

(at that time the hotel was called The Strand)
