I prepare smoothies on daily basis, mainly from different kind of berries and fruit - depending on the season and availableness. Smoothie gives a great kick start for the day.
This is what I put to this pink smoothie:
1 Banana
1 cup of raspberries
Small bite of ginger
Plenty of lemongrass
1 spoonful of chia seeds
Soya milk
Delicious!
Aamu alkaa lähes aina itsetehdyllä smoothiella. Tähän pinkkiin smoothieen laitoin:
1 banaani
Kupillinen vadelmia
Pala inkivääriä
1 lusikallinen chia-siemeniä
Runsaasti sitruunamelissaa
Soijamaitoa
Herkullista!
