My Lunch

 Preparing a healthy lunch can't get any easier than this. Buy some vegetables like tomatoes, belly peppers, hot peppers, cucumber, garlic and basil. Cut them in wedges and put them to blender, add some sea salt and black pepper (I even added some cayenne pepper to be sure it will be hot enough!)and a dribble of olive oil. In a few seconds a soup is ready! 

My version of gazpacho.

ps. sometimes I add some shrimps to it. First I fry the shrimps lightly in a sauce pan with  a hint of oil and garlic.
