Now the Xmas is only a couple of weeks ahead. Started the weekend - the first advent - with Italian flavored lunch:
thin slices of tuna with rucola,
beef meatballs with tomato sauce.
The dinner had some xmas-y flavors:
Smoked trout with beetroot salad.
Risotto with rucola.
Duck bread with orange sauce.
Garnish with the duck: roasted potatoes and brussels sprouts.
The roasted brussels sprouts were copied from Michael Mina's Las Vegas restaurant at Bellagio...
Local blue cheese and camembert with a slice of apple & pear.
Oh yes, I did decorate the Xmas tree already...
