The Liston area

- the Liston is a terrace of arcaded buildins

at the north end of the Esplanade

- it was built by the French

and is today the trendiest spot of Corfu Town

with its expensive stylish cafes

- absolutely great place to sit

and have a coffee/drink

and read newspapers

- even Finnish "Iltasanomat"!
