Here're some snaps of Corfu Town
- will add some text asap,
but now will hurry up for dinner!
Back from the delicious dinner!
Exploring Corfu Town
Corfu is in Greek Kerkyra,
the Corfu Town is also called Kerkyra
Museum of Asian Art
The arcade of the Museum of Asian Art
- didn't visit inside...
Sunday fishing
Locals walking on a street near the sea
in Kerkyra
(or perhaps the one with a black t-shirt
is just visiting the place???)
Houses near at the seaside
Old Fortress of Kerkyra
Same as above = the Old Fortress
The guy's making candles for the church
View of Kerkyra
The Liston area
- the Liston is a terrace of arcaded buildins
at the north end of the Esplanade
- it was built by the French
and is today the trendiest spot of Corfu Town
with its expensive stylish cafes
- absolutely great place to sit
and have a coffee/drink
and read newspapers
Newspapers almost in every language
are available in Corfu Town
- even Finnish "Iltasanomat"!
