Sardines with sun-dried tomato sauce

Veal rolls (paupettes de veau)
filled with gorgonzola,
braised in madeira-sun-dry tomato-olive mix
Dinner at home on Saturday

Cold-smoked salmon & potato timbale
with green salad seasoned with
balsamico & olive oil
Minestrone soup
Fillet of beef with roasted parsley & garlic..
...and creamed potato with onion, garlic & basil
