Saturday dinner at home
Starting with
bisque d'écrevisses
(no pic, too hungry again to take one!)
- excellent, very tasty!

Toast Skagen
- also excellent
- a bit too big as there's still coming the main course
. Chateaubriand gratinated with gorgonzola

and sweet pepper on side
- every portion was marvellous,
but together it was too heavy!

Afterwards ate some Vanilla ice-cream with caramel chunks by Ben & Jerry's
(some = the whole package)
