This is one the easiest meal ever to prepair. Just boil some rice and add what ever vegetables are found in your frigde.
I poured some oil on a frying pan and added crushed garlic, grated ginger and carrot and sliced green chili. Had some peeled shrimps, so put them on the pan as well. In the end added some of the boiled rice and seasoned with black pepper & sea salt.
Eazy peazy and not bad at all!
