What To Eat Today?

Chanterelles from the local market, beef from the local butcher's  and some vegetables and spices from the local market as well. What a good start! Let's see the menu!


The title is a bit misleading - should have been "what ate for dinner?"...
Starting with cold-smoked salmon and rocket salad.
Keep it simple - just some white balsamico to smooth the bitter-ish taste of rucola.
Continuing with vegetable soup made of cauliflower and spiced with nutmeg.
The main dish: fillet of beef with sautéed chanterelles and portwine sauce.
Perfect end for the dinner: a slice of roquefort with pear.

  2. Miten herkuulisen näköistä! Tuoreista raaka-aineista saa ihan parasta ruokaa :)! Olis maistunut mullekin tuo menù...
