Home-cooking for Friday dinner:
 Beetroot carpaccio
- slightly cooked beetroots, just a hint of sea salt, black pepper and olive oil
- rocket salad goes perfectly with the sweet beetroots
The beetroots were bought at the local "Lehel piac" market.

 Risotto with sun-dried and cherry tomatoes
seasoned with garlic, parmigiano, salt and pepper.
 Filet of beef with beans, tomatoes and leek.
The beef is local, called "szurke marha" = grey cattle,
traditional Hungarian beef.
