Had a proper 3-course dinner at home
on Friday
Starting with avocado & shrimps
with spicy cocktail dressing
- delicious!

Following with bisque & rouille
- gorgeous rich taste!

Finishing with the main course:
pork filet with rosépepper sauce
& roasted sweet pepper
- tasting very good
even though the texture of sauce
was not so perfect,
probably because of the weather:
really hot, humid & almost thundering
