Tuna salad with couscous
- must say that the food at the hotel is excellent!
And the service nice
Always a tray of fresh bread with some spread
coming to the table with the drinks
- on Saturday got some olive bread
& spread of cream cheese & sun-dried tomatoes
Mushroom-potato soup
- pure taste, not too heavily seasoned
Grilled filet of trout with papadelli cucumber
- looks small but was big enough
even though didn't eat the pasta
The system is that on the morning you get the menu
with 3 main courses to choose:
meat, fish & vegetsrian
Vanilla ice-cream with forest fruit ragout
- nice
Had house wine:
Gruner veltliner 2009
- dry & fruity
