Finally had a good dinner at home!
(bought some pionies at Hunyadi tér)
Crayfish tails on salad bed
- taste like summer!
- perhaps a bit too much vinegar
Grilled sardines with salt & parsley
- perfect!
. Grilled swordfish (=kardhal in Hungarian)
with sun-dried tomato-parsley-olive oil & a hint of butter
- absolutely fantastic!
- one of the best fish dish ever at home!
. Grilled sweet pepper
- goes well the fish
. Perfect white wine!
