- balsamico covers a bit too the delicate taste of greyfish
Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, parsley & parmesan
"Wiener Schnitzel"
- made of turkey
with roasted red sweet pepper wedged
By the way, Budapest got its first
Michelin Star restaurant!
Shortly after replacing their chef to
Argentinean Nicolas Delgado,
Costes earnd its Michelin Star.
- haven't been there for a year,
the cusine was interesting Hungarian fusion
at that time,
- must pay a visit there in the near future
