Fish ready to go into the oven
filled with olives, garlic, lemon & rosemary
Dinner at home with friends
Started with tuna tartar
- no pic
(too hungry to take a snap)
Followed with grilled sardines
- not much to eat but great taste anyway
Fish from the oven
- dorada
Pan broiled sweet pepper wedges
Dorada with sweet pepper wedges
& special sauce that had in a restaurant in Santa Maria di Liguria last summer....
with rosé pepper, cherry tomatoes, lemon...
Tiramisu for dessert
Very Italian composition
except the wine
Chablis 2008
