Halloween Dinner

Pumkins on the balcony

Halloween dinner at home,
- nothing halloweenish in the food, though -
starting with tartar...
(one of the favourites)
.
Shrimp tartar this time
- allright, almost the same as last night
- it's just so delicious!
.
Continued with shrimps,
now in the soup
- not as thick as bisque,
so let's call it "fumet de crevette"
- clean taste with a hint of chili
.
Bifteck haché
with creamy potato-spinach mix
- the texture of minced meat
made of fillet is perfect,
no fat at all
.
Later that night went to Hösők tér
to see some Halloween pumkins
- people could bring their own pumkins
on the square
.
.
.
The weather was so cold,
almost below zero,
so didn't feel to stay there & wait for
more pumkins to arrive
.
