After shower in the evening
had a little walk in town,
but decided to have the dinner
at the hotel's restaurant,
in Europa Stuberl
Appetizer from the Chef
- sort of garlic bavaroise
- broccoli dumpling
- proscutto with honey melon
Very tasty!

Trilogy of salmon with cucumber
- diced salmon with cucumber wedges
- cold spicy cucumber soup
- cucumber slices with salmon
Great combinations!
Whitefish filets in parsley butter
with broccoli and beetroot ravioli
- excellent!
