Beautiful gardens with lots of different flowers and fountains.
Very well looked after

There are 42 different restaurants

including steakhouse, Italian, Chinese, burgers,

sandwiches, coffee bars, Asian, fastfood, biergarten...

and 2 Michelin restaurants:

Herman and The Paul

The Paul was closed so went to Herman,

but in the same building there's Restaurant Nimb

and accidentally went there

it's also "modern Danish" like Herman

Cold pea soup

with grilled bread with ham

- delicious, although the sour cream was not necessary

Lemon sole meunier

- creamy sauce was too much, and also artichoke

just plain fish would have been enough

Nimb outside

The experience was not very positive:

had to wait for the main course for 1 hour!

Got a feeling it was more like a restaurant run

by students studying catering, not by professionals

Price & quality didn't match at all

chose an American waffle with soft ice & strawberry jam

at Vaffelbagariet

So good!
