Friday dinner at Mo with friends from Finland
Scallops with fried vegetable strips & saffron sauce
- mayonese sauce was not really needed, enough taste in the scallops and vegetables
- good & tasty, size also good
Goose liver & apple tower with Tokaj grape sauce
- very good!
- also good that there was no other side dishes - it would have been too much
Pineapple-coconut créme brulée
- probably made ready much earlier
- not the best creme brülé
- next time something else for dessert
