Finally made a decision to loose 5 kg before Xmas!
Let's see...
Can't really give up eating or follow a special diet. Fancy chocolate and cakes quite a lot.
Just try to control a bit what and when to eat.
And follow a fitness program - which is easy now as there is only 10mins walk to the gym.
The starting point is 64,25 kg and the aim is to weight something starting with 5.
It can be 59.95kg - don't have to be less.
Week started quite well:
Monday
64,25kg
no sports but no unhealthy eating either
Tuesday
1/2h running & exercises for the legs at gym
Wednesday
running 1 round on Margit Island + 55mins walking
Thursday
63,70kg
will go to the gym in the afternoon
