What have we been eating lately?
The week went by having the dinners at home.
Brown & wild rice with shrimps and vegetable.
Fried rice is one of my favourite dishes!
Tuna salad to start with and cheese burger to end the meal.
The whole wheat rolls are delicious.
Caprese insalata made of local mozzarella
and lobster pasta for the main course.
The mozzarella was pretty heavy,
Lobster pasta - heaven has landed!
Tropical seasoned chicken with rice & beans.
This mixed island spices with coriander & annato gave
a rich, new and delicious flavour to the meal.
Chili with nachos.
At Publix there was a huge variety of ingredients for this dish.
Tuna tartar with baby spinach.
USDA certified beef with salad.
With exactly same ingredients as yesterday,
but looking very different:
Seared tuna with baby spinach and beef with salad.
Red wine with local cheese.
Blueberry pie from Publix.
And of course, some sweets during the week...
