Salmon pastrami with ceps mayonnaise

Pan-fried duck breast with Finnish black currant sauce and rosemary potatoes
(Bolyki Janos-Egri Indian nyar 2010)
Roasted white chocolate mousse with sea buckthorn berry curd
Menu was ok,
company excellent!
We were a mix of Finnish, British and Hungarian friends
having a wonderful time.
