Some ingredients for the meal
"Toast Skagen"
- freshly cooked (only 2mins) shrimps
on toast with parsley-garlic mayonnaise
- it's a big difference when the shrimps
are bought fresh, not ready cooked
- nice small soup without cream
Noix de veau w sauce beurre e poivrade
- one of the best meat ever!
- so tender & moist
- butter sauce was gentle with the meat
Roasted carrots with olive oil & parsley
Wines to go with:
Pinot Grigio d'Alsace 2006
- interesting wine: sweet bouquet, golden colour,
but a dry & pleasant taste
Chateau Gayon 2005, Bordeaux
- ok wine, a bit metallic
