Friday dinner at home again
Starting with shrimps
fried & boiled in white wine,
chili mayonnaise on side
- very good
- difficult to peel, for some reason the peels're
sticked on the meat
Greem salad with cherry tomatoes
& balsamic vinegar

Stuffed fish ready to go into oven
Fish in foil
. Oven-baked dorada ready to be served
. and this is how it looks on the plate
- fantastic!
- right texture, rosemary gave a lovely taste
to the fish
. Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio
- good choice for this Italian inspired meal
