Dinner at Frederick's on Monday
Dressed Crab
Dressed crab with prawns, guacamole, cos lettuce and toast
- "heaven has landed" as one friend would say
- fantastic, fresh taste
Scallop & Prawns

Scallop & prawn brochettes citrus beurre blanc
- a bit too heavy portion
- scallops were excellent
Eton Mess

Eton Mess:
This traditional mishmash of strawberries, cream and meringues is saidto have manated from Eton College, no doubt because the boys could rustle it up in the dorm. It becomes an elegant dinner-party dessert when made like this (above a pic).
