Gourmet Friday

Starting with beetroot consommé
- delicious, light clear soup
.
Beef tartar in a Scandinavian way with beetroot
- not a fan of tartar but this was good,
fresh full taste, perfect texture
(have learnt to like tartar at Marriott's
Sunday brunches
as they serve mini-burgers with spicy beef tartar)
.

Poached salmon with sauce Hollandaise
- no side dished needed
- fabulous taste & texture
.
