Saturday Dinner

Saturday dinner at home
.

Cold-smoked salmon with olive oil & parsley
- it doesn't always have to be dill
- simple yet so good!
.
A version of bouillabaisse with rouille
- fantastic!
- the stock was made of prawn peels,
etxremely tasty
- absolutely the best "fish soup" ever!
.
As a main course had
entrecote with green beans & Bearnaise sauce
.

Wines:
Chablis 2007
- perfect with the smoked salmon & "fish soup"
&
Gigondas 2004
- hadn't taste this Rhone wine before
- interesting taste of soil & minerals,
full-bodied
.
