Made some chia pudding for breakfast. The pudding itself doesn't really taste anything so added some vanilla custard (by Alpro soya) and fresh raspberries. Yummy! It was more like delicious dessert than healthy breakfast.
2 big spoonful of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk
- mix them in a bowl and put into fridge for over night, and it will be ready for next morning.
- Chia seeds are the richest plant source of Omega-3
- Chia seeds reduce blood pressure
- Chia seeds are easier to digest than flax seeds
