It's December!

Now the Xmas is only a couple of weeks ahead. Started the weekend - the first advent - with Italian flavored lunch:
thin slices of tuna with rucola,
beef meatballs with tomato sauce.

The dinner had some xmas-y flavors: 

Smoked trout with beetroot salad.
 Risotto with rucola.
 Duck bread with orange sauce.
 Garnish with the duck: roasted potatoes and brussels sprouts.
The roasted brussels sprouts were copied from Michael Mina's Las Vegas restaurant at Bellagio...

Local blue cheese and camembert with a slice of apple & pear.
Oh yes, I did decorate the Xmas tree already...

  2. Oot oppinut ottamaan tunnelmallisia kuvia, joulukuusikuva erityisesti pisti silmään. Ota täältäkin sitte jouluna

    1. Se on se tripod jota saan kiittää. Nyt pystyy säätämään asetuksia ihan eri tavalla.
