Ultimate Brain Food


 I changed my fresh berry morning smoothie to banana-ginger one last week. Yesterday I've found some amazing facts about how unbelievable healthy the ginger really is. 

Ginger increases memory, reduces the risk of Alzheimer's and protects against multiple sclerosis.


 As a functional food, ginger is hard to beat. Used throughout the world as a delicious culinary ingredient, it also has a long track record of healing benefits.Ginger has  been shown to:

soya milk
banana
a piece of fresh ginger
flex seeds
cinnamon
