Had dinner at Pure Bistro this week.
The place is probably quite new, anyway, haven't noticed it before. Small, light & cosy place with a backyard terrace.
By 7pm the bistro was packed.
You can choose a traditional starter-main course-dessert combo or some tapas (good size portions!)
Summer veggies from the market with parmesan.
Nice colourful dish and the veggies were cooked aldente, which made them crispy enough.
Fried white fish, veggie-potato-salad, beurre noisette.
Nice & delicious, and portion was not too big. Perfect for summer.
