Magyar Mushrooms

Friday dinner at home:

Trout with avocado and lemon vinaigrette
Lisicza sauvignon blanc
Pork filee with Hungarian forest mushrooms
Lisicza cabernet franc 2011

The mushrooms were green and very suspicious looking 
before cooking them.
Delicious!
