WÄRSSY

 Friday dinner at Finnish pop-up restaurant Wärssy 
on Szabadsag ter in Budapest.

Menu:
Salmon pastrami with ceps mayonnaise
(Dobogo Tokaji Furmint 2010)
Pan-fried duck breast with Finnish black currant sauce and rosemary potatoes
(Bolyki Janos-Egri Indian nyar 2010)
Roasted white chocolate mousse with sea buckthorn berry curd

Menu was ok,
company excellent!
We were a mix of Finnish, British and Hungarian friends
having a wonderful time.

ps. as you can see the dessert was rather small...
well, I got a special service: 
another portion of white chocolate mousse!!!
