Vibrant Dishes

This weekend ate at home:
 Cold-smoked salmon filled with cubes of avocado.
 Beetroot risotto.
 Grilled tuna steak and shrimps.

 Left this ice cubes garland
to give wintery yet
warm feeling.



 Tuna tartar.
 Cannelloni filled with shrimps and mozzarella.
 Saltimbocca alla romana.

Blue hyacinth gives
hope of spring.
