Had dinner at Chez Daniel on Thursday night
after relaxing at Oxygen Wellness Naphagy in the afternoon.
Liver pate to start with
- very nice
Duo de creme de legumes de saison
with pumpkin and parsnip.
- the soup was ok, nothing special though
Supreme de volaille au Tokaj
chicken breast with Tokaj sauce.
- simple yet very tasty
- it doesn't always have to be something fancy
This Egri Cabernet Sauvignon was a good choice
with the meal.
Hadn't heard about this cellar before,
but now can highly recommend the vines of
Mousse de chocolat
- the texture was a bit funny,
but the taste heavenly!
On Thursday night the place was absolutely empty,
we're the only clients there.
What a pity as the food was very good
and so was service as well.
