Gourmet Friday

Dinner at home
.

Vegetable soup
(carrot-tomato-onion)
- delicious!
- good velvety texture without any cream
- delicate tastes of the vegetables
.
Cold smoke salmon
with a hint of olive oil, black pepper
and a slice of lemon
- fresh taste, don't need anything on side
.
Oven-baked sea bass
- bought at Cora
.
Roasted paprika slices
.
Sauce made of olive oil, parsley, tomato & garlic
.
All with a glass of Chablis
.
Portion on plate
- sea bass was excellent!
- delicate taste, perfect texture!
- also roasted yellow paprika delicious!
.
Lovely meal!
