Starting with
cold-smoked salmon
with tomato-balsamico-parsley mix
- very good
Preparing of the second course
Flambeed shrimps
Preparing the main course
- the only way to make sole meunier:
in a boiling butter!

Sole meunier ready on plate!
- fantastic!
A plate of chocolate for dessert as usually...
