Dinner

Saturday dinner at home
.

Shrimps with toasted rye bread,
butter & lemon maoynnese
.
Almost like at Bofinger in Paris or Balthazar in New York!
.
With a glass of Dobogó Furmint Tokaj 2005
- excellent choice!
.

Always remember to wrap the filet into foil tightly
to keep the juices inside the meat
.

This is how it should look,
no liquides coming out when slicing
.
Coeur de filet with Bordelaise sauce
& rosted potato dice with parsley
.
With a glass of Masi Costasera Amarone 2005
-fantastic!
- had same wine on Queen Mary 2
.
Very French meal
- except the wines!
One of the best dinner at home!
