Bonchidai Csárda

Saturday dinner at Bonchidai Csárda
by the river Tisza
in Tokaj
.

Grilled camember cheese with berry sauce
- well made, typical Hungarian starter
.
Deep-fried goose liver with grilled vegetables
- not a light meal, but very good
- the portion was children's size portion,
absolutely enough
.
Nice countryside restaurant,
good Hungarian food,
friendly staff
- everyone in Tokaj was very friendly & helpful!
.
A private party in the other room with live music,
didn't disturb,
gave a different flavour for the evening
.
