Had Saturday's dinner at a very nice
Danish restaurant called
Peder Oxe
.
The restaurant is in a 17th century building
and consists of several smallish rooms
When you were ready to order,
you just switched on the green light above your table
and the waitress came to take your order
.

Chantarelles with parsley
on rye bread with
spinach and rocket salad
- fantastic!
- only small minus:
the taste of rocket salad a bit too strong
with the delicate taste of chantarelles
.

As a main course had another starter:
small Danish shrimps with dill and lemon
- very fresh and tasty!

Danish dessert:
Red berries
(strawberries, currants, rhubarb)
with cream
- delicious!
